I would bring a staff and also use a spear instead of the zealous sword. Spear should just be caster, no zealous. Use a blunt shield with +45/ench. Take recall over one of your pves if you want to be faster.

Pretty much what yomi said. I use vitae runes over attunement and a longbow of enchanting (shouldn't need any energy management). I run recall over I am the strongest too for faster duos, like yomi said lol

I also have a staff on me :P and i suppose a spear would help, but the zealous is for energy management even though i wont be using much it will help, and i don't want to true duo yet i would like to learn on my sin first where im not wasting pcons :P but thanks.

True is difficult on sins due to the fact that they suxx at Glyph and make it almost impossible to do suicideway. Suck it up and pay for pecans in you actually want to learn imo.
